First we have an orienting conversation, personally or by phone, to ascertain your wishes. Short lines of communication are very important to us.

Thereafter we make an extensive proposal based on your wishes. In this proposal we include a cost overview designed to accommodate your budget.
Then we make an appointment with you on location, to refine the proposal.
If you agree with the proposal we will then make a plan of all the preparatory work leading up to the day of the wedding.

Before the wedding day itself you will receive a manual listing in detail each individuals’ responsibilities such as who picks up your guests and at what time, who is in charge of the catering, the arrival of the wedding cake etc. We will go through this manual with you beforehand and will make any necessary or desirable changes. Thereafter this script serves as our guideline and you need worry no more about the organization of your wedding!
