Queridos amigos de Tarifa Events, No tenemos palabras para expresar lo felices que nos sentimos al haber organizado esta Tarifa White Experience en Tarifa junto a vosotros. Los invitados no dejan de darnos las gracias y de repetir que ha sido una experiencia memorable…así que con eso nos quedamos.

VIP Comunicación comenzó con la organización de este sueño desde Madrid y Tarifa Events supo entender nuestras necesidades desde el principio y con la maravillosa y dinámica Jolanda Thomas, convertimos nuestra boda en una verdadera experiencia que estoy segura que ninguno de nuestros invitados podrá olvidar. Gracias a ti, a tu equipo y a los maravillosos colaboradores por habernos ayudado a convertir este sueño en una realidad. Estamos seguros de que esto será el principio de muchas más colaboraciones!.

Para todos los que lean este comentario y que deseen organizar su boda en Tarifa (Cádiz, España), no lo dudéis…la mejor agencia, el mejor colaborador, el mejor partner que luego se convertirá en amigo, es Tarifa Events…Gracias Jolanda…por todo!

On a very short notice, which is 3 weeks before the deadline, I decided to celebrate my birthday in Tarifa. I invited 150 guests from all over Europe to a 3-day event with a day and evening program in 4 different locations, an event which should be remember for a long time!

We have googled a few agencies and written, and Jolanda was the first that responded (lucky us).
After our first meeting it was clear Jolanda is our woman on the spot.

At the end of October, there is no good weather guarantee anymore, and therefore for all outdoor locations (and we only had outdoor locations) we needed a plan B which certainly has been a major challenge for the Tarifa Events Team (Jolanda) and has been faced with bravour and unprecedented flexibility.

From the pick from our guests with 1 of 4 different airports tag to "an additional delivery" of my lost driver's license to us back home on day 5, everything was perfect!
Any stress, any unforeseen difficulty was kept away from us, and mastered perfectly.

If you want to party at the Costa de la Luz, the only way to make it a success is doing it with Jolanda - the women who get's things done!

Jolanda and Tarifa Events made our day more perfect than we could have ever imagined. Having someone who knows Tarifa inside out and back to front was essential with so many of our guests coming from all over the world to be with us. Jolanda's organisation of the day was second to none...everything went incredibly smoothly and if there were any small hitches I was certainly unaware of them! Everyone commented on how calm we were as a couple and were blown away by both our venue choices (Jolanda's picking!!). Many people have sent us cards and messages stating quite simply that it was a day and a location that "they will never forget."

We really knew we had picked the right person when an incident on the night before our wedding, could have led to complete chaos. Jolanda turned up at just the right time and ensured that everything that needed to be done was not only done but that the care that all parties received was outstanding.

We can not thank Jolanda enough for what was the most amazing day. We truely would not change a thing. We just wish we could do it all again!! Thank you so much for letting us have the wedding of our dreams in our most favourite place in the world.

"Jolanda literally made our wedding, plain and simple. Sure, the setting was amazing and we were surrounded by the love of our friends and family, but in the end, it became a dream come true for us and for our guests because of Jolanda's magic touch. We had no idea what we were getting into when we planned a wedding in Spain sight unseen from our home in Canada. To do something like that, you need to have the utmost trust and respect for someone to understand exactly what you want and then to pull it all together for you.
We did not know Jolanda, but from our very first Skype date, we knew that we could trust her. We put our wedding day in her hands, taking almost every suggestion and recommendation that she gave us. She helped our friends and family feel at ease traveling abroad and made us all feel incredibly welcome when we eventually arrived in Tarifa.

She was calm, yet completely professional, which kept us calm and let us enjoy the experience from beginning to end. We weren't even aware of any "hiccups" that might have occurred along the way - Jolanda handled everything behind the scenes and to us, it all happened completely perfectly. Jolanda's attention to detail and vision for the "big picture" was incredible.
It was also amazing to see how well-respected and well-liked she was by the people in town. By the end of our wedding, we felt like she was one of the family and were happy to have her there with us celebrating our special day.
We hope that we can remain in touch and highly recommend her services, without any hesitation, to anyone else who is looking for their fairytale wedding in Spain."

We came across Jolanda by simply Googling ‘Wedding´ + ‘Tarifa´ and, with no personal recommendation, we knew we might be taking a risk by asking her to manage one of the most important days of our lives. However, having worked internationally in live events for many years we felt we would be able to get a fairly quick impression as to whether Jolanda was right for us. From the first phone conversation I not only felt confident that Jolanda was the person for the job but also that we had a friend at our side. A feeling which was confirmed when we first met in Tarifa a few weeks later. Jolanda was enthusiastic, helpful, very transparent and reliable and we felt safe in her hands. The planning process was very collaborative and we felt well informed without being pushed in one direction or another. – the whole thing was quite stress-free and even enjoyable. Jolanda also took care of the hotel reservations for our guests and many of the commented on the ease of dealing with her and were impressed at the level of service (which came at no extra charge!)

When it came to the wedding week itself Jolanda took absolute care of everything with her usual energy and ensured that everything was faultless. We couldn´t have asked for a better few days and everything did indeed go to plan. Our guests were equally enthusiastic with comments ranging from ‘wedding of the year´ to ‘best wedding ever!´. The favourite compliment of all however came from a dear friend who was former editor of ‘Wedding Day´ magazine in the UK (and knows a thing or two about weddings!) who claimed with absolute sincerity that it was ‘Definitely in the Top 3 Ever list´.

It was definitely our favourite ;) and we´re eternally grateful to Jolanda for everything she did for us!

We have received nothing but praise for the stunning venue, the great entertainment, the fantastic delicious food and all the special touches – such as the jamonador & (sherry poring person! . A year on and people are still saying that it was the best ever wedding they´d been too, I have no doubt that it will be talked about for many years to come!"

Trying to organise a wedding in Spain all the way from London when virtually all you can say in Spanish is 'two more beers please' was always going to be difficult, if not near on impossible. We spoke to a couple of wedding planners but it was either all too elaborate or far too chaotic.

Then we met Jolanda and it became rapidly obvious that she was the person we needed to translate our vision into reality. What stands out in our mind is that nothing was too much trouble, no suggestion was greeted negatively. Jolanda's attitude was always 'we will find a way to do it'.
That meant from the moment we and our 100 guests arrived, everything went like clockwork from the family lunch to the drinks the night before to the blessing by the beach.

The Moroccan tents were stunning, the food was exquisite and we danced til dawn.
The key to a successful wedding is in the detail and the planning and nothing was left to chance which meant nothing went wrong or that when it did (like the police driving their landrover through the tent and across the dance floor the morning of the wedding, we didn't find out about it until everything was repaired and back in place).

The wedding was quite simply was perfect and until the birth of our daughter a year later was the best day(s) of our lives.

Organizar una boda en Tarifa desde Paris no es tarea facil... Desde la eleccion del lugar hasta el mas pequeno detalle sin olvidar la atencion a invitados (Holanda, España, Francia....) resulta muy complicado por no decir imposible hacerlo sin la ayuda de personas competentes y comprometidas. Gracias a la coordinacion, los contactos y la experiencia de Tarifa Events todo salio de maravilla...lo unico incontrolable?.. el Levante y el desenfreno de la fiesta.
Todos nuestros invitados quedaron sorprendidos y encantandos, especialmente por el lugar tan especial, el ambiente y la simpatia de todos los que hicieron posible que este, nuestro dia, saliera como no lo habiamos ni sonado. Extarordianrio también el catering de Marc & David! Inolvidable vuestra simpatia Yolanda Pieter...y Valentin!

Deciding to get married in a foreign country whose language you don't
speak ought to be difficult but with Jolanda to organise I think I was the
least stressed bride on record. There were no last minute panics and
every eventuality had been thought about prior to the day so that whatever
happened, there was an option. Jolanda's local information is second to
none and her eye for detail in the lead up to the big day ensures that the
day itself is completely hassle free. She thinks of everything and is
full of ideas on how to help your day become even more special and also to
ensure that all your guests find suitable accommodation and understand
what is happening and when.

Andy and I simply had the best day of our lives, in the perfect town in
the perfect setting and it would not have been possible without Jolanda's
help. We will definitely be buying her a beer or two on our return to
Tarifa!
